The form helps The Tax Baron gather basic information about you, understand your tax situation, and streamline the preparation process so we can work efficiently together.

You’ll be asked to:

• Provide basic contact and tax-related information

• Review important service documents (Engagement Letter, Client Service Agreement, and Privacy/Security information)

• Review and acknowledge consent forms required for tax preparation

• Inquire on optional services, such as Audit Assistance protection

• Electronically sign acknowledgments so we can begin your return

The form is designed to be straightforward, secure, and takes only a few minutes to complete.

Once submitted, you’ll receive next-step instructions for the tax interview, providing tax documents and moving forward with preparation.
